MEET THE FOUNDER AND CEO OF KARAMELLO & COMPANY®

Born and raised in Barranquilla Colombia, Erick Manco is a very accomplished entrepreneur and event planner who continues to build a name for himself as the founder and CEO of KARAMELLO & COMPANY®. Since a very early age, Erick was a very creative person with an incredible vision for the arts, which later, translated to an incredible vision for interior design, decoration and event planning.  It was 16 years ago when his cousin – who was working at the time for Ana Paz Cake – invited Erick to help them deliver cakes for a couple of important events. He took advantage to express his interest in the industry and the rest is history:

“Ana saw my talent and it was her who gave me my first opportunity to learn and work by her side.  She asked me if I wanted to have my own events and dessert company.  The moment I replied YES KARAMELLO & COMPANY® was born in 2005”.
